 Project HIRED is pleased to announce ABC7 anchor Carolyn  Johnson as our  2010 Gala Emcee. Recognized for reporting excellence  repeatedly throughout  her career, Carolyn, a Stanford University honors  graduate, is deeply  committed to supporting social issues through her  award- winning human  interest coverage. She's won a Service to Children Award from the National Association of Broadcasters and the Eugene Block Journalism Award for Outstanding Coverage of San Francisco Human Rights Issues. We are honored to have Carolyn’s support of the Project HIRED mission!

Your support of the Harvest Moon Gala helps Project HIRED provide essential services and respond to emerging challenges over the next year. With the funds you donated at the 2009 Gala, in 2010 we were able to:

• Focus national attention on disabled veterans through our nationally recognized Wounded Warrior Workforce program.
• Extend services to homebound individuals through our new distance learning and training services.
• Expand the staff of our award-winning call centers and help us create more jobs for disabled workers.
• Hire a new Employment Specialist to help our clients and their employers create successful, long-term careers.
