Let us introduce you to the incredible Suzanne, a former colonel, or the second highest ranking for officials, in the Department of the Army. She was initially offered an intern position there as a computer specialist, and while she was working she was rapidly promoted to many ranks.
If you had met Shawn Redigan a year ago, you may not have gotten to know him completely. While he’s been networking and interviewing on his own for the last year, he didn’t start opening up about his disabilities until he began working with Project HIRED.

I've been disabled since birth with Cerebral Palsy. I've been working in the job force since I was about 16 years old. My first job was as a coach, where I worked with children with disabilities. Always ambulatory, I never felt that I had an issue finding employment….until about four years ago.
When you step through Project HIRED’s front doors, you can count on being welcomed by Jerry. Jerry has been part of Project HIRED’s team since September 2014 and enjoys his position as an Administrative Assistant.
Allow us to introduce you to Curtis Haroldson. When asked to tell us a little about himself, Curtis summed it all up by saying, “I’m motivated to help people,and want to participate in helping veterans.” Being a veteran himself, it was clear this was something that hit close to home for him.

Project HIRED is familiar territory to Vera, who has been on the team since 2008. She spent the majority of her career working in contact centers for PG&E and AT&T and chose to retire early so she could focus on her health and her family.
Born in Portland, Oregon and raised in the Saratoga area, Teresa is the mother of two daughters and three grandchildren, with whom she loves spending time with during her free time. Prior to coming to Project HIRED, Teresa worked in export and trade administration and as well as government contracts.
Born in Massachusetts, she grew up in Santa Clara County and attended college at San Jose State University, where she graduated with a degree in nursing. In her free time she enjoys reading, sewing and cooking, and has recently taken up piano lessons.
