Meet Arjan Dhillon

In 2013, Arjan was ready for a career move. His experiences as a strategic management consultant readied him for the next level in his career so he returned to Project HIRED for guidance. As he was already at a mid-career level, an important part of his search this time would be through industry connections and other introductions. It was through these efforts that Arjan started his role at the DOD, as a Project Portfolio Manager.

In 2022 he returned again (his DOD contract position was retired when the contract was completed) and this time Arjan used the support of Project HIRED to move on to a Strategic Business Insights Manager at Meta! We are very proud to note that Arjan now serves on the Board of Project HIRED sharing his lived experiences with us all.

Regarding the difference Project HIRED made in his life and with job searches, Arjan replied: “Each time I was helped to a better position than the previous one.”

When asked if he would recommend Project HIRED to anyone else Arjan said, “Yes, without hesitation!”
